Summer is here at last! That means we all have more time, so let’s just run into the kitchen and make these delicious, easy and most importantly, healthy snacks.
Easiest cookies in the world
INGREDIENTS: 2 bananas and 1 cup dry oats. You can also add raisins, cranberries or chocolate chips.
HOW TO MAKE IT: Mush everything in a bowl with your hands. Bake at 350F for 15-20 min or until slightly golden.
Amazing, isn’t it? Also, these cookies taste so good!
Yogurt parfait with blueberries & granola
INGREDIENTS: 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup granola (your favorite kind) and 1 teaspoon agave nectar.
HOW TO MAKE IT: Place the frozen blueberries in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on the defrost mode (about power 3) until the blueberries are soft and have released some juice, about 3 minutes.
In a small glass or bowl, scoop some of the blueberries and juices into the bottom. Layer with the Greek yogurt, granola, agave nectar, and more blueberries. Serve 🙂
This parfait is just awesome. Try it, you won’t regret it.
Raspberry – buttermilk ice pops
HOW TO MAKE IT: In a large bowl, smash raspberries with the back of a fork. Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into ice-pop molds and freeze for 30 minutes. Insert a wooden stick into each pop; then freeze for at least 2 more hours. 🙂
INGREDIENTS: About 40 strawberries, 2 bananas, about 100 grams vanilla ice cream.
HOW TO MAKE IT: Put strawberries, bananas and vanilla ice cream in the blender and blend. 🙂
